Responsibilities

Own the full implementation process: planning, coordination, timelines, and risk management
Act as the main client-facing project manager during onboarding, aligning expectations between client and Sonio
Build strong product knowledge across software, clinical use cases, and system architecture
Translate client needs into clear actions for product and engineering teams
Collaborate with Account Managers, product specialists, and solution engineers for smooth delivery
Bridge communication between clients and internal teams to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables
Perform basic technical troubleshooting or escalate issues as needed
Define key KPIs and analyze usage data to track go-live readiness and success
Ensure smooth go-live and transition from Sales to Account Management
Focus on client value, adoption, and satisfaction
Help build scalable onboarding processes and documentation for future clients
