Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer-facing implementations
  • Deep-rooted passion for problem-solving and customer delight
  • Ability to take initiative and drive progress without all answers available
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex situations simply
  • Previous experience with customer-facing Project Management, Onboarding, and Implementation
  • Highly proficient in English with excellent written grammar and spelling
  • Expertise and confidence in managing stakeholder expectations at various levels (e.g., Administrator to CFO)
  • Preferable experience
  • Experience working in the accounting firm industry
  • Experience with Monday.com Work Management Software
  • Experience working with Hubspot and Jira

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple implementations at once
  • Frequently meet with firms to configure, test, and train their staff during implementation
  • Travel onsite (less than 10%) for detailed training or workshops when needed
  • Manage activities, timelines, and dependencies for internal and external stakeholders using Monday.com
  • Balance creative problem-solving with process consultation to meet individual firm needs with the software
  • Take ownership of internal projects and collaborate with team members across the organization to evolve the team
  • Onboard and educate new firms on using Aiwyn’s software modules
  • Advise firms on best operational practices when using Aiwyn’s software
  • Provide transparent, supported experience as customers go-live with products
  • Act as primary lead interfacing with customers throughout implementation
  • Configure customer systems based on chosen specifications
  • Train firms on software usage expectations and test data flowing through the software
  • Design and refine standard operating procedures
