Requirements

Ideal candidates should have top-tier consulting experience and/or in-house implementation experience with technical products at high-growth companies. A strong technology foundation with eagerness to expand knowledge in AI is necessary, along with experience in customer-facing and/or technical project management in complex environments. Candidates should demonstrate leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience delivering technology projects, preferably in data, AI, or analytics. A love for working in a startup environment and being organized, process-driven, independent, and resourceful are also important.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Manager will lead successful client implementations of the product, managing 5-10 projects at any given time. They will project manage the delivery of AI agent deployment services, ensure customers are trained on the platform, and assist in delivering their first agent build. Clear and consistent communication across internal and external teams will be maintained, and relationships with key stakeholders will be developed and nurtured. The role also involves driving customer satisfaction throughout the implementation journey and helping standardize implementation processes during the company's rapid growth.
