Responsibilities

Oversee and ensure successful delivery of implementation projects by aligning project teams with business objectives
Manage timelines, project teams, and stakeholder communication for multiple implementations
Identify potential risks and issues and develop effective mitigation strategies (Planning and Managing Implementation Scope – 30%)
Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to refine project scope, goals, and deliverables in line with business objectives
Drive efforts to meet operational, functional, and business objectives within the team
Lead specific components of smaller, less complex projects or manage streamlined processes
Create comprehensive project plans with detailed schedules, tasks, dependencies, and milestones
Monitor implementation progress to ensure adherence to schedule and timely delivery
Engage regularly with stakeholders to align goals with expectations
Ensure thorough documentation and communication of approach, scope, and timeline
Lead implementation kickoffs, communicating scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables (Leadership and Implementation Coordination – 20%)
Define roles and responsibilities for project team members and ensure accountability
Manage collaboration between teams to maintain alignment and timely delivery
Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional colleagues on implementation information
Drive process and procedure enhancements to improve efficiency
Monitor team performance against the plan
Identify and resolve team conflicts or bottlenecks
Facilitate lessons learned sessions at project conclusion
Identify key stakeholders, clients, and internal teams, and assess their influence (Stakeholder Management – 20%)
Create and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of progress, decisions, changes, and issues
