Responsibilities

Management of engineers in our Seattle office
Align the team with business and product goals by working closely with product management
Ensure predictable delivery and operational excellence of the components the teams ship
Facilitate communication across teams and status reporting for critical projects
Hire and retain talent
Hold a high bar for engineering excellence
Lead teams on designing, developing, and maintaining developer tools (e.g., Docker Desktop, Compose, CLI, Engine, Testcontainers, VS Code Extension)
