Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in implementation engineering, demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise in deployment methodologies and complex projects. They should be proficient with industry-standard legal systems, integrations, and enterprise solutions, as well as possess advanced skills with SQL and cloud-based reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Engineer will assess client needs and install/implement legal systems and integrations, provide leadership to team members, act as an escalation point for complex situations, perform upgrades to production systems, migrate on-premises solutions to the Cloud, write reports using SQL, own the end-to-end implementation of software products, manage client communication, assist with product rollouts, prioritize and manage workload, maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education, contribute to team efforts, provide design and architecture expertise for client integrations, understand and implement integrations with various systems, provision Boomi ATOMS, deliver new integrations, perform maintenance activities, populate cloud-hosted systems, work closely with clients on software rollouts, review and resolve technical support requests, and consistently dedicate 80-90% of their time to client-billable projects.
