Candidates must have experience managing customer implementations in a Professional Services environment and a proven track record for successfully attaining project objectives. This role requires the ability to manage project budgets, team resources, communications, and project plans, with up to 25% travel to client sites. Experience with EHR implementation projects is also required.
The Project Manager will act as the primary client liaison to lead multiple customer-facing EHR implementation projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities include thoroughly understanding customer business and technical needs, performing project kick-off meetings, identifying scope, creating project plans, and managing, monitoring, and controlling multiple customer implementations. They will ensure successful customer migration to the PointClickCare solution, monitor and report on project progress, identify and resolve risks and issues, and report on deployments, schedules, budgets, and revenue.
