Candidates should have 2 years of experience in Software Implementation program/project management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven record of accomplishment in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and trend analysis to identify opportunities and areas of improvement are also required, along with knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
As an Implementation Consultant, you will manage multiple, complex, mission-driven projects for public sector clients, overseeing scope, maintaining decks and documentation, and establishing timelines. You will offer expertise as a trusted advisor, anticipating customer needs based on data and best practices, coordinate across diverse teams to optimize customer service delivery and ensure quality assurance, enable project teams with effective communication plans for timely task completion, prepare and present project progress reports for key stakeholders, and develop and deliver live virtual training to enable customers on product to meet their use cases.
