Granicus is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their Digital Communications and Engagement Implementation Team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping government agencies connect with their communities and achieve strategic objectives. The Implementation Consultant will manage projects from kick-off, oversee discovery, gather requirements, configure digital communications and engagement solutions, and provide training to customers, ensuring they can maximize the system's potential. Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Manage multiple, complex projects for public sector clients, including overseeing scope, maintaining documentation, and establishing timelines.
  • Customer-Centric Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating customer needs using data and best practices.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with diverse teams to optimize customer service delivery and ensure quality assurance.
  • Team Enablement and Communication: Develop effective communication plans to facilitate timely task completion for project teams.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present project progress reports to key stakeholders.
  • Customer Training: Develop and deliver live virtual training sessions to empower customers on product usage and use cases.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Software Implementation program/project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and trend analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage one's own workload.
  • Ability to manage conflict and influence decision-making at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to communicate strategy, deliverable status, and results in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Ability to adapt and manage tasks at a detailed level.
