Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 8-10 years of progressive mobility experience, with at least 2-3 years in an Immigration Consultant role or a similar capacity. Experience with managing the entire mobility lifecycle for non-nationals, including work authorization checks, visa processing, renewals, and cancellations, is required. Familiarity with assessing right-to-work requirements and submitting immigration applications to local authorities is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Immigration Consultant will ensure timely and accurate case completion in alignment with SLAs and internal quality standards. They will coordinate and schedule calls, consultations, and interviews, and deliver outstanding client service through clear, professional communication and proactive case management. Responsibilities include ensuring and maintaining compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations, contributing to mobility product planning, participating in mobility interviews, managing daily tasks related to EORs, liaising with local providers and government authorities, and providing support to EORs and clients for mobility-related questions. The role also involves ensuring the quality of mobility operations in assigned countries and working on special projects as assigned.
