  • +5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the Medical device industry
  • Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
  • Preferred: 5+ years of sales experience in Imaging equipment (MRI, CT, Xray etc.), at the level of Assistant Manager or Manager
  • Proven interpersonal skills as an individual contributor

Responsibilities

  • Within a geographic area (Daegu region), responsible for selling products, services, parts, solutions, or projects related to after-sales for Imaging equipment (MRI, CT, Xray etc.)
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups
  • Use prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy
  • Apply in-depth understanding of key business drivers to accomplish own work
  • Understand how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
  • Make most decisions within a defined framework, with some autonomy in final decisions for projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers
  • Use prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks, with access to technical skills and analytic thinking
  • Use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions
  • Communicate with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination of services rendered
  • Provide informal guidance to new team members
  • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations
