  • Experience supporting Modality Sales Specialist (MSS)
  • Capability to create, record, and maintain customer information (including key decision-makers)
  • Proficiency in using information tools to monitor market and competitor information for strategy development
  • Ability to collaborate with PMO (Project Management Office) for efficient post-sales processes
  • Skills in building relationships with regional distributors for efficient sales models
  • Ability to collaborate across GE HealthCare teams (sales/technical) for solution building and provision

Responsibilities

  • Understand market characteristics and build customer relationships
  • Execute strategies in assigned region (Zone/Block)
  • Maximize orders, sales, profits, market share, and achieve high customer satisfaction through product and solution provision
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships using team and company resources
  • Develop and implement product explanations, presentations, and follow-ups for CT/MR/Rad/Mammography
  • Provide basic product explanations for MI/Intervention/Surgery/Healthcare Digital; support MSS as customer contact, including customer visits and follow-ups
  • Create, record, and maintain customer information (including key decision-maker details)
  • Use information tools to grasp market information (including competitors) and develop/implement strategies
  • Collaborate with PMO to streamline post-sales processes
  • Build relationships with regional distributors to execute efficient sales models
  • As One GE HealthCare, cooperate with sales/technical staff on Ultrasound, PCS, Edison solutions to contribute to solution construction/provision
