Requirements

  • 3 years or more of corporate sales experience in medical devices or other products/services

  • Presentation skills to introduce basic products to customers
  • Willingness to learn about GE HealthCare products and business processes in addition to current experience and knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Understand assigned customers (hospitals/medical research institutions), build relationships, and conduct sales of responsible products using solution activities
  • Understand market characteristics, build customer relationships, and steadily execute strategies in the assigned region (Zone/Block) to maximize orders, sales, profits, market share, and achieve high customer satisfaction through product and solution provision
  • Maximize the use of team and company resources to build good, long-term customer relationships
  • For CT/MR/Rad/Mammography: Develop and implement product explanations, presentations, follow-ups, etc
  • For MI/Intervention/Surgery/Healthcare Digital: Provide basic product explanations, support MSS (Modality Sales Specialist) as customer representative, and develop/implement customer visits and follow-ups
  • As customer representative, create, record, and maintain customer information including key decision-maker details for negotiations
  • Use information tools to grasp market information (including competitor info) and develop/implement strategies
  • Collaborate with PMO (Project Management Office: medical device installation/introduction team) to streamline Post-Sales processes
  • As One GE HealthCare, cooperate with sales/technical staff for ultrasound, PCS (Patient Care Solutions: anesthesia machines, vital monitors, etc.), and other imaging diagnostic equipment to contribute to solution construction/provision
