Requirements

  • Experience with automated installation and configuration of Windows Server products
  • Familiarity with different families of Linux distributions, including automated installation abilities in Debian, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (or Fedora/CentOS/AlmaLinux/Rocky), and Ubuntu environments
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like BASH, Python 3, and PHP
  • Experience in writing, debugging, and optimizing Ansible playbooks
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
  • Familiarity with version control systems

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the GPU, Bare Metal (BM), and Provisioning teams to design, develop, and optimize innovative images and marketplace applications
  • Participate in thorough testing and debugging processes, ensuring that applications meet top-quality standards and deliver maximum performance
  • Be a part of the deployment of applications across virtual machine and bare metal infrastructures, using a wide range of advanced tools and technologies
  • Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving, providing valuable assistance to the support team
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for enhancement and optimization
  • Maintain high-level security and stability for all deployed images and applications, implementing robust protection measures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in platform engineering, and integrate these innovations into our processes
  • Help in the continuous improvement of all processes and procedures related to application development and deployment
