Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role on a software development team

Responsibilities

  • Own the product backlog for one or more product areas, acting as the voice of the user and business to guide development
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and stakeholders to define and refine requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Lead Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos) and ensure the team has clear priorities and well-defined work
  • Validate that delivered functionality meets business and user needs through regular acceptance testing
  • Monitor feature adoption and performance metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve solutions post-launch
  • Ensure internal teams have the tools and workflows they need to support new product capabilities (e.g., training, documentation, configuration)
  • Contribute to a culture of customer-centricity, ownership, and rapid iteration
  • Perform other duties as assigned
