Candidates must have a strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and the security space, including consulting experience from a large consultancy or internal corporate function. Fluency in both English and French is required, along with hands-on experience in digital identity technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Microsoft, or Saviynt. A strong understanding of cloud architecture, on-premise IT landscapes, and security/compliance requirements is necessary, as well as experience in customer success or application portfolio management within a SaaS organization. The role also requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and availability for up to 20% travel.
The IAM Practice Manager will serve as the primary customer contact, driving customer loyalty and product adoption by understanding their business objectives and challenges. Responsibilities include advising customers on Saviynt solutions, developing strong relationships with C-level executives, and partnering with internal teams to align product development with customer strategies. The role involves creating and maintaining account plans, monitoring key performance indicators, identifying utilization trends, planning customer education for new features, managing the renewal pipeline, and assisting with delivery projects and process improvements. Additionally, the manager will act as the voice of the customer, collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product development.
