Responsibilities

  • Partnering with management as a strategic advisor to identify and prioritize HR initiatives, with an emphasis on talent development programs that align with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives
  • Designing and implementing HR policies and programs for the business unit or region that promote employee engagement, retention, performance, and robust career development pathways
  • Acting as a trusted coach to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, benefits, and talent development strategies such as succession planning, mentoring, and leadership development
  • Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends, talent gaps, and opportunities, developing data-driven recommendations for senior management to enhance talent pipelines and organizational effectiveness
  • Leading and developing a team of HR professionals, fostering collaboration with other Centers of Excellence, and serving as a thought leader in best practices for talent management and development
  • Championing initiatives for identifying, recruiting, retaining, and advancing top talent, ensuring the organization’s long-term growth and competitiveness
