Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent G.E.D., and a minimum of three years of directly applicable experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, with demonstrated involvement in HR functions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to impact and influence all levels of the company.
The Human Resources Manager will provide human resources advice and consultation to employees and management, including coaching and counseling on performance management issues and conflict management. They will implement and monitor company policies and programs related to training, compensation, compliance, and benefits, oversee recording and maintenance of employee information, monitor division compliance with employment laws, coordinate with other HR staff, conduct investigations, participate in management meetings, identify training needs and develop training programs, conduct audits, implement succession planning, and may oversee other HR staff while performing other job-related duties and potentially traveling up to 60% of the time.
