Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field
  • Fluent English

  • Employee Relations: Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and best practice; adept at managing sensitive issues and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere
  • Talent Management: Experienced in attracting, assessing, developing, and retaining talent to ensure organizational capability and performance

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate closely with management as a proactive advisor, identifying and prioritizing HR initiatives that support the organization’s strategic vision
  • Generalist HR Support: Oversee and deliver end-to-end HR services including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and talent development
  • Policy Alignment and Engagement: Develop and implement HR policies and programs that promote employee engagement, well-being, retention, and high performance within the business unit or region
  • Coaching and Leadership Guidance: Act as a trusted coach, offering practical guidance to leaders and managers on all HR-related matters to drive effective people management
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities, address challenges, and provide actionable, evidence-based recommendations to senior management
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of HR professionals, fostering collaboration with Centers of Excellence and positioning HR as a thought leader and partner to the business
