Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of organizational assessment, design recommendations, employee communication and engagement strategy to enable organizational culture change & Employee Value Equation superiority
  • Work on HR projects around engagement, retention, learning & development
  • Support talent acquisition team in recruitment strategy implementation, redesign & campus activities
  • Develop yourself via leadership, feedback, on-the-job and classroom training sessions, coaching, and mentoring provided by your manager and colleagues
