Responsibilities

  • Act as a full-spectrum HR professional, bridging communication between local, regional, and global levels
  • Partner with business unit leaders and COEs to develop and implement HR strategies supporting business plans
  • Collaborate with leadership to execute HR operating plans, including talent acquisition, development, performance evaluation, and compensation communication
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching with senior leaders and provide coaching/mentoring to employees
  • Promote positive employee relations through sensing tools, engagement, and monitoring organizational health
  • Design and implement plans for promoting corporate culture and employee activities
  • Coach and develop the HR Business Partner team, set goals, and measure performance
  • Review and refine company policies
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management
  • Manage ad-hoc HR projects, such as system development, policy reviews, and procedures
  • Lead the administrative team, manage office operations, and handle administrative functions
  • Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by the manager
