Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and organize internal and external meetings and events; prepare presentations and take meeting notes
  • Collaborate with agencies and external partners on corporate programs, meetings, and business trips for the HR team
  • Support 1C processes (PRs, reports, TAFs, nominations, rewards) and HR-related procurement (benefits, testing, etc.)
  • Maintain electronic and paper documentation; prepare monthly reports and organizational requests
  • Support internal communications, onboarding of new employees, corporate programs, military registration, and occupational safety
