Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in HR technology transformation especially Workday, including hands-on experience with designing and implementing HRIS related integrations
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements, and the ability to translate them into effective HR technology solutions
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing core HR systems (such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, UKG) and other HR technology platforms
  • Familiarity with HR technology trends and emerging solutions, such as AI, chatbots, analytics, and employee self-service portals
  • Proven track record of leading complex HR technology projects, including vendor selection, project planning, and stakeholder management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Integration Design: Designing, developing, and architecting integrations using tools like Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Core Connectors
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for integration solutions
  • Integration Strategy: Collaborating with senior stakeholders to help define the Integration Strategy
  • Testing and Deployment: Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and performance of integrations
  • Data Management: Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across all integrated systems
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship: Managing and mentoring a team of integration specialists, providing guidance and support on technical and project-related matters
  • Project Management: Overseeing the integration lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicating with stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance, to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment on integration-related matters
