Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus
Extensive experience (5+ years) in HR technology transformation especially Workday, including hands-on experience with designing and implementing HRIS related integrations
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements, and the ability to translate them into effective HR technology solutions
Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing core HR systems (such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, UKG) and other HR technology platforms
Familiarity with HR technology trends and emerging solutions, such as AI, chatbots, analytics, and employee self-service portals
Proven track record of leading complex HR technology projects, including vendor selection, project planning, and stakeholder management
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
Integration Design: Designing, developing, and architecting integrations using tools like Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Core Connectors
Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for integration solutions
Integration Strategy: Collaborating with senior stakeholders to help define the Integration Strategy
Testing and Deployment: Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and performance of integrations
Data Management: Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across all integrated systems
Team Leadership and Mentorship: Managing and mentoring a team of integration specialists, providing guidance and support on technical and project-related matters
Project Management: Overseeing the integration lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicating with stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance, to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment on integration-related matters
