The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with Workday, including business process configuration, custom reporting, and security. Experience in Workday's Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Benefits modules is preferred. Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy are essential, as is the ability to thoroughly test solutions. The candidate should be an action-oriented self-starter, comfortable operating at a fast pace, thriving in a start-up environment, embracing ambiguity, and adapting flexibly to changing priorities and timelines with a collaborative working style. A thorough understanding of system interdependencies is also required.
The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operational tasks within Workday, including loading EIBs, managing time off and leave plans, adjusting accruals, creating new locations, and updating job profiles and salary ranges. They will focus on continuously improving the quality of HR systems such as Workday, Ashby, CloudPay, and ADP WorkForceNow. Responsibilities include building and maintaining HR business processes, creating reports and dashboards for self-service, and developing training materials, user guides, system workflows, and standard operating procedures. The role involves reconciling, auditing, and validating People data to ensure integrity across all systems and reporting. The analyst will engage with the Workday community to understand system capabilities, recommend solutions, and participate in HRIS projects from requirement gathering through rollout. They will also provide dedicated support for assigned HRIS areas and manage escalations as needed.
