Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team and organizational leaders to develop talent strategies integrated with global business strategies, goals, and objectives
  • Coach managers on effective team building and employee relations
  • Provide consulting and advice on organizational design, talent development, workforce planning, succession management, compensation, training, leadership development, and performance management
  • Serve as the HR client contact, interfacing and liaising with other HR groups such as talent acquisition, talent development, HCM, and compensation and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with company policies as well as global legal and regulatory requirements
  • Provide comprehensive HR services to assigned groups or departments in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Services
  • Support service delivery to larger organizational groups
  • Work with talent managers and recruiters to attract, develop, and retain a diverse and highly engaged workforce
  • Participate in setting departmental goals, objectives, and systems
  • Take part in annual performance reviews and compensation program processes
  • Work closely with local leaders to identify and develop talent
  • Collaborate with business leaders and Centers of Excellence to develop and implement HR plans, programs, and tools that strengthen organizational capabilities and employee engagement
  • Demonstrate awareness of career planning and development processes and tools, including career paths
