Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the HR domain, including emerging trends and the implications of AI on HR functions
  • Prior consulting experience in HR transformation or active involvement in HR transformation projects
  • Proven ability to lead projects successfully, delivering high-quality outputs on time
  • Experience leveraging AI technologies to optimise HR processes (highly desirable)
  • Excellent networking, business development, and client relationship skills
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-suite executives

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver innovative HR strategies that incorporate AI implications for clients
  • Lead the reimagination and implementation of AI-focused HR target operating models
  • Support and enable HR technology initiatives that drive transformation and efficiency
  • Initiate and contribute to business development activities to grow the HR Strategy and Operations practice
  • Lead client engagements focused on HR strategy, operating models, and AI integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Human Capital, Reward Services, Finance Transformation, and AI & Data
  • Drive business development and market activation efforts to expand the practice
  • Lead and coach high-performing teams, fostering professional growth and success
