Strong knowledge of the HR domain, including emerging trends and the implications of AI on HR functions
Prior consulting experience in HR transformation or active involvement in HR transformation projects
Proven ability to lead projects successfully, delivering high-quality outputs on time
Experience leveraging AI technologies to optimise HR processes (highly desirable)
Excellent networking, business development, and client relationship skills
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-suite executives
