Requirements

Strong knowledge of the HR domain, including emerging trends and the implications of AI on HR functions
Prior consulting experience in HR transformation or active involvement in HR transformation projects
Proven ability to lead projects successfully, delivering high-quality outputs on time
Experience leveraging AI technologies to optimise HR processes (highly desirable)
Excellent networking, business development, and client relationship skills
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-suite executives

Responsibilities

Design and deliver innovative HR strategies that incorporate AI implications for clients
Lead the reimagination and implementation of AI-focused HR target operating models
Support and enable HR technology initiatives that drive transformation and efficiency
Initiate and contribute to business development activities to grow the HR Strategy and Operations practice
Lead client engagements focused on HR strategy, operating models, and AI integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Human Capital, Reward Services, Finance Transformation, and AI & Data
Drive business development and market activation efforts to expand the practice
Lead and coach high-performing teams, fostering professional growth and success
