Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR administration or related HR areas
  • Experience working in a Shared Service Center environment is highly desirable
  • Strong PC literacy (MS Office) and knowledge of Workday or other HR systems (SAP experience is a plus)
  • Very good level of English and German (B2+)
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and a structured working style
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information
  • Strong communication skills and professional behavior in all interactions

Responsibilities

  • Administer documentation for the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, addenda, leaves of absence, exits, reference letters, and employment certificates
  • Maintain personal files in compliance with legal and audit requirements
  • Update and accurately manage employee master data in HR systems
  • Support the HRS team and HR Business Partners on HR legal and administrative matters
  • Ensure timely execution of HR processes through clear communication and data accuracy
  • Contribute to operational efficiency within the HR Shared Service environment
