Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR administration or related HR areas
Experience working in a Shared Service Center environment is highly desirable
Strong PC literacy (MS Office) and knowledge of Workday or other HR systems (SAP experience is a plus)
Very good level of English and German (B2+)
High accuracy, attention to detail, and a structured working style
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Strong communication skills and professional behavior in all interactions
Responsibilities
Administer documentation for the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, addenda, leaves of absence, exits, reference letters, and employment certificates
Maintain personal files in compliance with legal and audit requirements
Update and accurately manage employee master data in HR systems
Support the HRS team and HR Business Partners on HR legal and administrative matters
Ensure timely execution of HR processes through clear communication and data accuracy
Contribute to operational efficiency within the HR Shared Service environment
