Requirements

  • Any Graduation or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0 to 1 years of experience in HR operations or workforce administration
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations
  • Familiarity with other HR tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors)

Responsibilities

  • Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines
  • Interact primarily within own team and with direct supervisor
  • Follow detailed instructions on all tasks
  • Make decisions impacting own work under close supervision
  • Work as an individual contributor in a team with narrow scope
  • Work in rotational shifts as required
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday (hires, transfers, terminations, organizational changes)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
  • Assist in troubleshooting Workday issues and escalate as needed
  • Extract and validate workforce data from Workday
  • Prepare reports and summaries using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
  • Support HR teams with data analysis for decision-making
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity
  • Adhere to data privacy and compliance standards
  • Respond to queries from employees and HR partners
  • Collaborate with team members to meet SLAs and service delivery goals
