Minimum two (2) years administration support experience, preferably in a healthcare industry
Familiarity with care and well-being resources

Required to be screened for Tuberculosis (TB) as part of patient-facing role

Responsibilities

Contribute to administration of care coordination, primarily for transitions and custodial prevention teams
Provide non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members
Perform varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments
Perform computations
Typically works on semi-routine assignments
