Responsibilities

Data entry in Human Resource systems (SuccessFactors) and tracking tools
Update HRIS systems, including internal and client-based applications with HR transactions
Receive requests from employees via the client’s ticketing tool
Review all input to ensure data is compliant with company practices
Communicate with employees to request corrective or additional data and confirm receipt of requests for processing
Analyze output reports to ensure data has been processed accurately, address errors with employees, and initiate corrective action
Deliver qualitative output and meet expected standards
Adhere to SLAs, KPIs, CPIs set by Client
Deliver all services in Spanish language
Perform data entry in Human Resources systems, tracking tools, and client-specific tools
Proof data entry generated within immediate team to ensure quality of deliverables
Demonstrate knowledge of Human Resources processes and related systems
Research and resolve data entry discrepancies
Read and understand all communications regarding client and Accenture HR Services processes
Participate in cross-functional training to fulfill team backup responsibilities
Refer customers to self-service options as applicable
Participate in process improvement planning
Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisor
Provide operational statistics as requested
Complete special projects as assigned
Support and sustain positive work environment that fosters team performance
Be receptive to performance feedback and work on improving
