Requirements

  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have a quiet and secure workspace in your home
  • Recommended technical requirements: broadband or fiber internet (e.g., Verizon Fios, Comcast) with minimum 25mbps/3mbps speed, hardwired ethernet connection (wireless not allowed), consider household internet usage during work hours

Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calls to providers and members
  • Facilitate utilization of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits
  • Provide excellent customer service to providers and members by connecting members to mental health care
  • Resolve any billing issues for providers
  • Drive member satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering competitive services
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed
