Requirements

Candidates must possess a PMP certification and have at least eight years of hands-on HR and/or business project management experience, including experience managing multiple large programs/projects in enterprise environments delivering business applications for one or more departments. They should also have experience overcoming project crises and a demonstrated ability to leverage or critically think about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Responsibilities

The HR Project Manager will drive high-value people projects across the portfolio, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to develop detailed program/project execution plans, manage implementation processes including progress tracking, metrics, monitoring change control process, testing, release to production, and delivery. They will also manage stakeholder and team expectations through clear and timely change management practices, develop detailed program/project execution plans, manage implementation processes including projects financials, provide overall communication and work with all areas affected by the program/project including partners, business sponsors and vendors, and apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, promoting outcomes and benefit tracking.
