Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and possess at least 8 years of experience in program management, with a focus on large-scale technical programs and cloud migration initiatives. Strong technical acumen, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for modernizing systems are required, along with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable programs and mitigate risks.
The Principal Technical Program Manager will lead end-to-end planning and execution of cloud migration initiatives, collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, and product teams to define migration scope, strategy, and timelines. They will identify and manage interdependencies, technical risks, and mitigation plans, develop and maintain program documentation, schedules, and communication plans, and drive stakeholder alignment while creating visibility into program status and progress through regular reporting to senior leadership.
