Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5 to 8 years of Project Management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong familiarity with HR Operations practices or direct experience working in a Global HR organization
Strong Interpersonal skills, professionalism, and business acumen
PMP, or equivalent Project Management Certification is desired but is not a requirement

Responsibilities

Manage all project components for assigned HR initiatives including Project Planning, Risk Management, Issue Management, Resource Management, Status Reporting, Change Management, Communication, and Training (CMCT), etc
Work with initiative sponsors, BU Service Partners, and HR Operations and Shared Services to staff the assigned projects appropriately
Proactively identify and escalate resource risks due to incomplete or inappropriate resource assignments
Deploy all project management tools, templates, processes, and standards as appropriate, and in alignment with those used by other project managers in the HR Operations Excellence organization
Proactively identify and address all potential project roadblocks; work closely with key stakeholders to resolve
Provide status updates and input to the Portfolio Manager / Business Case / Value Analyst as required
Provide meaningful, precise, and actionable status reports to key stakeholders on a frequent basis which highlight critical dependencies, risks, and action plans
Develop and provide updates on key project performance metrics, including progress against the project timeline, deliverables, and budget; highlight risks as appropriate
