Requirements

  • 5+ years experience within Human Resources
  • Expertise in project management and prioritization of deliverables
  • Expertise with Workday or related HR information systems
  • Understanding of the complexities of working in a global, matrixed organization with a diverse workforce
  • Expertise with HR processes, systems, and best practices
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, project management methodologies
  • Collaboration across different levels of the organization
  • Proficiency interpreting data, identifying trends, and making informed recommendations based on insights derived from people analytics

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of HR programs in assigned business units in collaboration with COEs to ensure understanding of their design and strategic goals
  • Collaborate with COEs to integrate best practices and specialized business knowledge to HR programs, ensuring that programs meet the needs of business units while following COE frameworks
  • Establish feedback loops between HRBPs and COEs to promote continuous improvement of HR programs based on real-world applications and employee responses
  • Provide region- and business unit-specific targeted data and analytics according to HR Analytics framework and methodology
  • Develop BU specific people analytics strategies that align with COE designs, providing relevant insights to support organizational goals
  • Implement regular data integrity checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data within assigned business, including identifying discrepancies and initiating corrective actions
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to plan and implement business unit and regional HR projects as assigned
