Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Legal authorization to work in the US (no sponsorship provided)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years experience within Human Resources
Expertise in project management and prioritization of deliverables
Expertise with Workday or related HR information systems
Understanding of the complexities of working in a global, matrixed organization with a diverse workforce
Expertise with HR processes, systems, and best practices
Proficiency in data analysis tools, project management methodologies
Collaboration across different levels of the organization
Proficiency interpreting data, identifying trends, and making informed recommendations based on insights derived from people analytics

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of HR programs in assigned business units in collaboration with COEs to ensure understanding of their design and strategic goals
Collaborate with COEs to integrate best practices and specialized business knowledge to HR programs, ensuring that programs meet the needs of business units while following COE frameworks
Establish feedback loops between HRBPs and COEs to promote continuous improvement of HR programs based on real-world applications and employee responses
Provide region- and business unit-specific targeted data and analytics according to HR Analytics framework and methodology
Develop BU specific people analytics strategies that align with COE designs, providing relevant insights to support organizational goals
Implement regular data integrity checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data within assigned business, including identifying discrepancies and initiating corrective actions
Partner with HR and business leaders to plan and implement business unit and regional HR projects as assigned
