Requirements

  • Expertise in transforming complex, multinational labor laws into standardized, automated system controls within HRIS (BambooHR)

  • Proficiency in managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily, end-to-end digital onboarding workflow for new hires across all countries, ensuring accurate data entry into HRIS and compliance with local regulations
  • Run daily reports to audit and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing data in HRIS (e.g., job titles, organizational hierarchies, local ID numbers)
  • Validate data feeds and inputs for global payroll cycles with external vendors and internal teams, ensuring accuracy in compensation, bonuses, and deductions
  • Resolve Tier 2 employee tickets, including complex system-related inquiries (e.g., troubleshooting discrepancies, processing inquiries, correcting historical absence records)
  • Maintain and update compliance documentation repository, including employment forms, policy acknowledgments, and contractor classification checklists for all jurisdictions
  • Coordinate international on- and off-boarding, processing new hires, terminations, and resignations with accurate pay calculations, system access management, and legal compliance
  • Generate and distribute standardized reports on key metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, compensation trends), ensuring data accuracy
