Responsibilities
Support administrative functions in the club
Participate in the hiring process as assigned (e.g., participate in weekly meetings with CoE and set up 2nd interviews for Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager)
Facilitate and coordinate team member orientation
Facilitate and track training for all new hires
Act as the "on-site administrator" of intranet-based training and communications system to coordinate club training needs (e.g., cashier training, safety)
Control comprehensive scheduling processes for all hourly Team Members
Ensure club payroll is completed accurately and timely weekly and maintain all payroll records properly
Assist in updating and maintaining HR records, filing, and team member communication
Ensure club performance management process and disciplinary process
Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned
Support the application of club policies, procedures, and compliance
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, and ensure a safe and positive environment for members
Commit to GOLD Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and club standards daily
