Responsibilities

  • Build successful relationships with business partners to execute strategy impacting the Supply Chain Network
  • Work closely with division HRBPs, HR Centers of Excellence (COE), and HR Shared Services (HRSS) to execute site-specific responsibilities including workforce planning, talent acquisition, training, change management, compensation, colleague engagement, culture, and enterprise HR initiatives
  • Execute the HR strategy to address the current and future direction of the team
  • Cascade site policy/practice initiatives
  • Coach and develop leaders to optimize performance
  • Efficiently manage multiple and changing HR priorities and trends
  • Evaluate the impact of site programs/strategies that impact the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of team members
  • Work with COEs, leveraging enterprise resources and expertise to support the site
  • Effectively leverage and share key insights and actions based on HR data and metrics
  • In partnership with Talent Acquisition, implement proactive staffing strategies to ensure talent goals are met
  • Leverage tools and data resources to optimize organizational effectiveness (people, process, policy)
  • Recognize, articulate, and help shape site culture
  • Support leader and colleague focus on engagement activities
  • Facilitate finding HR solutions for difficult/urgent situations
  • Facilitate dialogue and discussion to align others on company values and related imperatives
