Requirements

  • Entry-level experience suitable for performing a variety of entry-level duties
  • Ability to learn the fundamental structure and operations of an administrative office in administrative services, academic affairs, or student services
  • Proficiency in fully utilizing standard office software applications such as data management, spreadsheet, presentation, and word processing
  • Willingness to work full-time in Breda, Netherlands (Minervum 7201), with standard work shift and no travel required

Responsibilities

  • Performs a variety of entry-level duties and assists higher-level personnel in research and analysis related to administrative regulations, policies, processes, procedures, systems, methods, reports, and forms
  • Participates in analytic studies by conducting routine research, identifying samples, assembling, and compiling data in well-defined areas related to administrative regulations, policies, procedures, systems, methods, reports, and forms
  • Applies basic statistical analysis techniques or, with detailed instructions, more advanced statistical techniques in analyzing data
  • Assists in writing instructions, procedures, and manuals to describe and improve administrative, technology, and operational methods and systems
  • Assists in providing technical support and training to departmental staff on business, technology, and operational activities
  • Prepares reports, presentations, operational documents, and correspondence containing descriptive, analytical, and evaluative content related to business and operational activities, subject to review and editing by higher-level staff members
