Responsibilities

  • Support team operations by organizing local events and activities, auditing employee files, and assisting with ad-hoc L&D tasks
  • Coordinate assessments, administer learning tools, and manage user access for learning platforms
  • Maintain learning management systems and update content on internal platforms
  • Organize and support training sessions, handling logistics, scheduling, communication, and participant records
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and communication with relevant teams
  • Conduct research, recommend learning resources, and prepare reports, summaries, and communication materials
