Responsibilities

Managing a broad spectrum of HR activities from start to finish, including contract and amendment preparation, employee file digitization, and administration of Workday
Collaborating and supporting payroll vendor with payroll preparation
Supporting HRBP with HR administrative processes
Handling employee benefits
Maintaining military records
Ensuring employees’ most fundamental needs are met by effectively managing employee queries
Implementing systems/automation-based solutions at the local organization
Staying connected with other Employee Experience team members
