Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator or Generalist role, demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP and data reporting tools is required, along with an understanding of employment laws and benefits administration, which is considered an asset. Global experience is also an asset, and comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is necessary.
As the People Generalist, responsibilities include coordinating pre-boarding, new hire orientations, and exit processes, maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance, generating regular and ad-hoc reports on headcount, turnover, and DEI, supporting enrollment and changes in employee benefits, administering leaves of absence and ensuring legal compliance, maintaining data integrity in the HRIS (ADP), assisting with policy administration and compliance, supporting immigration documentation and requests, and providing general HR support while contributing to broader HR projects and initiatives as needed.
