Responsibilities

Guide employees through onboarding and offboarding processes
Support with Employee Relations actions
Act as a main point of contact for colleagues in Idstein across various HR queries
Coordinate and manage the company pension plan plus accidental insurance
Utilize modern HR systems for personnel controlling, time tracking, and leave management
Provide local Recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition COE
