Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Guide employees through onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support with Employee Relations actions
  • Act as a main point of contact for colleagues in Idstein across various HR queries
  • Coordinate and manage the company pension plan plus accidental insurance
  • Utilize modern HR systems for personnel controlling, time tracking, and leave management
  • Provide local Recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition COE
