Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in HR operations, ideally within a global, fast-paced environment. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is also required.

Responsibilities

The HR Experience Operations Manager will oversee daily HR operations for Employee of Record (EOR) services across 90+ countries, managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local employment laws, optimizing workflows, enhancing user satisfaction, streamlining HR operations, improving efficiency, and supporting the HR Experience team in delivering high-quality service. This includes managing administrative tasks for EORs, collaborating with country teams on payroll and employment updates, providing HR support to EORs and clients, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and participating in the creation and implementation of regional HR operations to meet global SLAs, quality standards, and KPIs. The role also involves acting as a subject matter expert for country operational quality and knowledge.
