Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, ideally within a global and fast-paced environment. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations across multiple countries is essential, and experience managing the employee lifecycle, particularly in EOR services, is highly desirable.
The HR Experience Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HR Experience function, ensuring compliance and efficiency across Deel’s EOR services in over 90 countries, managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. They will contribute to HR product planning, support HR interviews, handle administrative tasks related to EORs, provide support to employees and clients, participate in creating and implementing regional HR operations, and serve as the subject matter expert for operational quality and knowledge within their assigned countries. They will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of HR operations and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
