Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in HR including payroll processing, with strong knowledge of labor law
  • Proficient in MS Excel, and other MS Office applications. Workday experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail combined with critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team environment
  • Willing to go the extra mile and demonstrate high levels of commitment and responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Payroll process: Coordinate payroll and work with payroll external vendor to ensure accurate and timely payments while maintaining compliance with statutory requirements
  • HR operations: Work closely with HR Specialist in Thailand in managing employment conditions, probations, confirmations, and terminations in line with HR standard operating procedures
  • Prepare reports: Compile and analyze data for monthly management reports, providing valuable insights for decision-making
  • Local Contact: Be the point of contact for all employees in Manila office to support on all HR matters
