Requirements

  • Experience with Workday Human Capital Management System (HCM)
  • Knowledge of HR processes including new hires, job changes, time off, absences, payroll, benefits, and compensation
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to ensure data integrity, legal, and regulatory compliance
  • Skills in report generation, payroll reconciliation, and audit report analysis

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and/or approve all data pertaining to employee records (e.g., transfers, personal information, title changes) entered in Workday through Manager or Employee Direct Access
  • Complete pending new hire transactions in Workday HCM after the candidate is in Ready to Hire status in the ATS
  • Support execution of employee movement, employee status, time off and leave absence, payroll, benefits/leaves, Performance Check-ins, and compensation processes by maintaining accurate and timely data in Workday
  • Support the integrity of employee records and Workday data, assuring legal and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain supervisory organizations, organization assignments, and position titles in the Workday system
  • Complete weekly payroll reconciliation by reviewing audit reports, analyzing discrepancies, and processing appropriate updates
  • Support new hire benefits enrollment, including collecting required documents, accurately entering benefit enrollment data into systems, and ensuring all benefit enrollment processes are completed
