Requirements

Responsibilities

The HR Data Analyst will serve as the system owner for the company's HRIS, managing its configuration, data integrity, and ongoing improvements in collaboration with IT and vendors. They will develop and maintain reporting infrastructure to support key People workflows, including talent reviews, performance management, and compensation cycles, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and ad hoc analysis. This role will also collaborate with Talent, Total Rewards, Finance, and IT teams to streamline processes, ensure data accuracy, and leverage technology to enhance the employee experience, while also creating a 90-day plan focused on foundational HRIS audits, workflow improvements, and data-driven insights.
