Strong proficiency in Workday reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics is required, along with excellent analytical skills focused on data-driven decision-making and familiarity with general HRIS navigation and functionality.
The Workday HR Analyst will develop, maintain, and optimize Workday dashboards and analytics to support HR initiatives, create custom reports and data visualizations to provide insights for decision-making, collaborate with HR teams to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable data solutions, assist in navigating and troubleshooting general HRIS functionalities within Workday, conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in HR processes, provide training and support to HR staff on utilizing Workday for reporting and analytics, and participate in HR projects, offering data-driven insights to support strategic goals.
