Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of data analysis experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 3 years of experience. Advanced proficiency in SQL, including the development of complex queries, is required, along with advanced knowledge of Excel, encompassing pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formatting. Experience working with large and complex datasets within a large organization is also necessary.
The Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst will assist in the development and implementation of new value-based programs, as well as the maintenance of existing programs, working closely with providers. They will conduct research and produce monthly activity reports, providing insights into data reconciliation and its implications. The role involves assisting in the production of reports and fulfilling ad hoc requests using various analytical tools, including Excel and Azure Synapse Analytics, and supporting payments to value-based specialists. Furthermore, they will aid in the evaluation of new value-based program opportunities and provide support for the overall valuation process.
