Requirements

Responsibilities

The People Team Data Scientist will define People Team data problems, build a Data Governance Model, audit data, and create a Data Dictionary to ensure data quality and accessibility. They will utilize the Dataiku Data Science Solution (DSS) platform to explore data, conduct analysis, build predictive models, and identify key organizational health metrics across the employee lifecycle. This role involves collaborating with internal functions and teams to enhance decision-making processes, optimize employee engagement, and drive strategic initiatives, maximizing GenAI capabilities for ease of access and reduced friction.
